Susan Ketchum is nothing but a FRAUD! I ordered my wedding flowers from her on Feb. 21st, paid in full! It says on her website that you will receive a consultation call from her on a Wednesday to go over your flower order, if she does not get a hold of you she will continue to call.
After two times of her trying to contact me she left a voice mail stating she had an idea of what I wanted so she was going to get started. (I work on Wednesday's, as do most people, and she doesn't give you a time that she is going to call you, or I would have been able to talk to her.) So when six weeks had passed by, I started wondering where my flowers were, so I sent her an email.
When she got back to me she wanted to know my order number, because she didnt have ANY record of my order. I resent her my order, and order number showing her proof, Thank God I keep all emails in this kind of case. When she got back to me she told me that I had cancelled my order?!?!? Are you serious??? I tried to call her OVER and OVER and NEVER have talked to her!
Everytime I email her and ask to a simple question, I don't get a straight answer. Needless to say I have not got my flowers yet, and I am done dealing with her. She says that if you cancel an order she will give you an in-store credit. If you cant get your original order what makes you think you are going to get that order?
I am reporting her to the BBB, calling news stations, the Johnstown police department, and news papers in her area, and I WILL see her in court! She made a stressful planning situation a total nightmare! Here are a few copies of some of the emails for proof:

This would be 10 weeks after we paid for our flowers in full, it says on her website 4-6 weeks until you get your flowers. To this day, June 6th. I have never seen my flowers or my money back! The emails were just a few of the MANY that I have of her lies!!
