It's crazy that every single review of this company is horrible and almost identical. I ordered a camera online, gave it a few days, and then got a confirmation via voicemail. 25 phone calls later (not kidding, always a busy signal) and it would arrive in 7-10 days.

Two weeks later, another 25-30 phone calls, and a guy who refused to give his name/employee ID. Him: "it probably was in stock when I ordered, they probably only had a few left, and my order couldn't be filled yet." But, it was on back order and I'd get it in "about two weeks."

Two weeks later, same thing. 25-30 calls, finally talk to some rude prick who tells me I can wait "several weeks, " or cancel my order. Me: "Any substitutes in stock?" Him: "I can't do that." I ask for manager to cancel, he's the manager. Me: "I contacted the BBB, I'll give you a chance to fix this before I file a complaint, you already have quite a few?" Him: "They [The BBB] don't matter, they're wrong."

Sure they are.

From reading other reports of the exact same thing, the pattern is this:
1. Offer cheapest price for an electronic device
2."Confirm" order = try to sell you overpriced add-ons on over the phone
-A. If you're conned into paying excessively for the additional stuff, you just negated what you saved on the original product. And you just ordered more junk that you didn't want. You might get your order this way, but you were ripped off.
-B. If you didn't buy the junk that makes them money, see #3.
3. Now they put your order on permanent hold, but they don't tell you that.instead...
4. Call 30 times, every week and you're on "Back-order."
5. The only "customer service" solution they offer is cancellation or wait. Like forever. Because they will NOT send you whatever #1 was for what they agreed to initially - but they know, after weeks or months of the call 30x/hold/backorder/wait, you will eventually just cancel the order and go away. Yup, they cancel real fast if you only want the imaginary amazing deal.
