Credit Card Charged - Order Not Received - Returned emails - Invalid Phone numbers

I order about $200.00 of DVDs from this company on line. I received confirmation of my credit card being charged and the order being shpiped. The tracking number for the Canadian post is not valid. The email and phone numbers provided on the order confirmation are not valid.

I sent this to the Fraud department at my bank to investigate and disputed the charge.
