I placed an order on-line and received Purchase Confirmation email and an order confirmation noted "Payment Received" on 6/14/08. I sent 3 emails asking what the status of my order was and where my order was on 7/1,7/8 and 7/12. All with no response. I paid with a credit card, but the charge does not show on my statement (yet?). There is no phone number to contact and I find nothing except their website when I search the Internet. At this point, nothing has been charged or received, but I am concerned because I provided my credit card info.
