Credit Cards They wont credit your payment from a business account but they would take out the money from it

This company is horrible! I paid 3.99 to be alow to use the online banking. And when it was time to pay i paid it with my checking business account and they took the payment, when a tryed the 2nd month the just froze my account and the wouldnt let me used the money that it was already acredited, i callled and the told me they wolud put it back but they wont no longer take this bussiness account to make future payments. So i asked how can i paid since i dont have a personal chekcing account and they said the will accept a check from the business account, and they told me to hurry before it shows as a late payment on the credit boreu, so i got the check send it as express mail got there the very next day and it show in my checking account as it was paid on the 3 rd day afert i sent it. On the 5th day i check my statement and it said that the account balance was in 0 and last paymnent received was for 200.43 wich it was the check taht i had send. I called them and first the told me that it would be available on the 9 of july (note that they had cash the check by the 26 of june) when i realize that it was only the 28 of june i called back to see why will they take that long when it was already cash on my checking account and the told me that my account was closed beacuse they need it to know that i was a signer on the account and they needed a letter from my bank saying that i was the signer. So i got and request a letter from my bank and fax it to them i called they said that they didnt need that that the problem was that they didnt take not types of payments from this business account and i said well you guys told me to send you the check beacuse you wouldnt let me used this account online, so this rude guy tolme 200 differents stories and now i need it a letter from the bank saying that amount was paid from my checking account and i asked how long will they take and they said 3 -4 business day once i fax the letter.
Every time i called they told me something different this people dont know anything about nothing i dont even feel confortable given then my personal info. They still have my 200 dls and they havent done nothing about my money. Please dont get scammed like i did.
