Redbull RBNA Scammed me out of $25,000

I thought Redbull would be a great product to get into the vending business with. They told me the only authorized dealer for licensed Redbull machines was their affiliate in Florida, and company named Creative Concepts of America. (CCA)
I contacted CCA and signed a agreement for exclusive areas. I send a check for $23000.00 to buy 5 Licensed machines, 1200 cans of stock and become a licensed vendor with specific prices for stock. I waited several months for the machines and after much run around I told them to cancel the order. They never returned my call, the next day a shipping company called me and told me they had my machines but would not deliver them because CCA never paid the $1200 in shipping costs. I tried to contact CCA only to find out they cleaned out the office and disconnected the phone lines. I paid the shipping company another $1200 to get the machines. Upon arrival of the vending machines they were USED and broken. 3 of 5 did not work at all. I did not receive any stock, well actually there was ONE can stuck up inside the machine. I called the local distributor I was assigned to, they had never heard of me nor did Redbull ever contact them. They sold me stock at a much higher price then I contracted for. I paid another $2000 for stock that I had already paid for. I figured Redbull was going to be a good product so I took the lose to get the machine fixed and out in public.
CCA set me up with Locating consultant at the time of my contract. I paid them $800 which was 1/2 down to locate placement for the machines. Much to my surprise, they were also cleaned out and no phones, lost the full $800 there.
I was finally able to find a location for two machines, the problem with finding any GOOD location is that large vending companies make their clients sign a non-compete agreement, I made a total of $170.00 for the two location in 6 months, finally those machines broke down again. I thought I might try to sell them but you can legally sell a licensed machine without being able to "License" the person who buys it. That has to be done by Redbull.By this time word was out that CCA had ripped of over 25 million dollars from vendors, the Secret service is now involved. Needless to say, no one wanted the machines except for pennies on the dollar. Redbull then comes forward and says that CCA's actions have nothing to do with them, even though they were the exclusive dealer for licensed machines. They do not support the vendors, they do not honor the protected area contract, they do not supply vendors at the promised prices, they do honor the insurance on the machines. They do not not support repairs and maintainance. Basically they just left us all high and dry. We were all loyal supporters of redbull, and all got taken for $25 million in the name of REDBULL. These machines dont say "coke" or "pepsi" they are exclusive REDBULL and only fit the 8oz cans. Redbull probably makes 25 million every day. You would think a company that is supposed to be so community and people oriented could give up a days wage and repay us for the lose. I say lets ban the purchase of Redbull for 30 days and see if that hurts there wallet the way it hurst us. My life savings is gone! Thanks Redbull for NOTHING
