The Teach Me Foreclosure seminar in Milwaukee, WI at a hotel. You were not able to tape or record the material during the class. Nonetheless you really were not supposed to contact anyone else in the class for that matter either. That should have been a red flag.

The cost for the 3-day seminar was $199 for 2 people.

Bradley Sides was the instructor. He would often tell of a pending deal that he was working on and give you examples of the construction crews working on a multimillion dollar project. But if you don't take risks you have lost already. He proclaimed.

Bradley was trying to get the group pumped up as he wanted us to say aloud bonus phrases to get us in the mood, and to take control of our financial well being.

In the beginning, he stressed financial responsibility and assigned the class homework. The homework was to find alternative sources of money, whether it be asking family and friends, increasing your credit limit on existing cards, or applying for new ones. The goal was to use 'Other People's Money, ' (but it really isn't). The exercise in increasing your credit limit was to buy their materials.

He understood that over the course of the weekend the class would dwindle, and that is normal. Those people were the smart ones as I soon figured out. Brad started peddling the sale of other classes. The cost of the classes and material varied from $1,995 (notebook & cd) to $63,990. Brad would say that in just 1 or 2 wholesale or foreclosures you would have a return on your money.

Brad Sides also mentioned that he was proud of everyone making the first step to financial freedom. The groups that did this were moved to the back and sat with salesman and they really pressed the sale of other products and classes.

We were suckered into the 9,000 dollar deal and got a piece of crap computer program and a usesless bit of knowledge we later figured out when we tried to get some foreclosed properties from the bank. They will not give you the money for them nor do you have a No money down programs to get them.

Not too mention the online classes. Don't waste your time. They are the same bs that you do in the 3 day seminar.

I sure would like to know how to recoup my losses. Someone has to take sides and make sure it is not Bradley Sides.
