Wealth Intelligence Academy, WIA, & Teach Me Foreclosure
Wealth Intelligence Academy, WIA the seminar "Teach Me Foreclosure" is not an education class about real estate, but it is a sale pitch

A Rip-off: WIA, Wealth Intelligence Academy, Teach Me Foreclosure - A step by step scam: first: a free meeting, second: 3-day training was offered for $200, but no training was provided, it was only sale pitch for up to $63,999 of so-called advance training.

Through Internet, I knew about a so-called seminar titled Teach Me Foreclosure. My sister and I went to this free seminar. With the real estate market having high inventory of foreclosure, WIA targets those whole want to get into real estate investment by buying foreclosed properties. After that free workshop, we signed up a 3-day seminar with the price of $199 for the class called Teach Me Foreclosure.

How disappointed we felt during those three days attending the Teach Me Foreclose training. There was not really any useful teaching, just a few tidbits of information and a masterful sales pitch. This was supposed to be an intensive learning experience to give us specifically information about Foreclosure.

The instructor introduced himself as Damien. Yes, just Damien with no specific of last name or first name.

Day One the key speaker, Damien, bored us with self-proclaimed real estate successful stories of his, as well as of for those whom in WIA Hall of Fame. For the whole entire day just about motivation talks to pump up people's excitement for WIA sale pitch, he coached us how to increase your credit lines by simply asking the credit companies to increase the amount of your spending availability, and decreasing interest rate. He was eluding to the fact that if a Real Estate deal comes up, and you don't have enough cash available to do the deal, you can use your credit card to buy the property, at least for wholesale or short sale, so as not to let an opportunity pass you by.

Before lunch on the first day of training, Damien gave us assignment to call our credit cards to increase credit lines. Some people actually spent their lunch time on cell phones to call their credit card companies. After lunch, he asked people to come up to the microphone to tell successful stories about dealing with credit companies to increase the amount of spending. For those who did not do the lunch assignment, he talked down by saying that for those who rather eat during lunch than try to increase credit card money to invest, they has no self-motivation to succeed. During the first day, Damien did not talk about buying Foreclosure at all.

Important note: At this point, on the very first day, most people thought that the objective of the instructor's assignment for us to increase our credit lines is for Real Estate investment purposes. However, the real reason, which revealed itself at the end of second day, that is for us to have the credit card spending money available so that when they try and sell us the so-called advance training package/program, starting at $8,990 up to $63,999.

I was hoping to learn about buying foreclosed property in the seminar that was titled Teach Me Foreclosure as I paid $199 to learn. Damien, the instructor, told us that the seminar (cost of $199) was just the tell how phase. The advance training is the show how and watch how phase. Yes, it is a tell how phase. The WIA team tells you how you can spend more money during their 3-day sale pitch. The seminar does not tell you anything about Foreclosure. Fact, they claimed this to be an educational seminar for real estate investment.

Deceitfully, they rip-off your $199 for a sale pitch, basically you paid them to hear about their high pressure sales, to be in an environment of their setting, i.E., the room is much colder than usual, their pumping up motivation if you do what they want you to, or their talking down by saying that you are lazy, having no dream, no control of your life, when they can not lure you into spending large amount of money buying their courses (from $8990 up to $63,999).

If you don't buy their advance training package/program, then they try to sell you a Get Rich Conference either in Nevada or Florida for about $ and if you would not able to travel, then they try to sell you their real estate software package also for $2000.

I have lost my $199, but that is not all. I have lost more valuable time of my three days. I should not come back the second day, but I still did with the hope that I would learn something the next day. They tricked people into thinking that they provide educational seminar focuses on foreclosure. WIA is deceitful. I do hope people read about WIA before spending their hard-earned money for any of the WIA seminar.

As for proving their scam, they are one step ahead of us. The first thing Damien, the instructor, told us was no audio video is allowed, i.E., no tap recording or video camera was allowed. I wonder anyone smart enough to go against their policy by taping the whole 3-day seminar to provide evident facts about their scam. Still, without audio tape or video, there were about 140 people attended the seminar at Greater Richmond Convention Center in Virginia, and I believe hundreds, if not thousands, other people from Florida, to Arizona, and other states of the country, had paid to attend the so-called 3-day basic seminar will be witnesses about WIA scam.

In conclusion, this company practice is deceitful, misrepresenting by misleading with such title Teach Me Foreclosure for the seminar when it is no more than just a sale pitch. Wealth Intelligence Academy (WIA) creates false hope and deceives innocent individuals. The government agencies that protect consumer should investigate the unethical actions of Wealth Intelligence Academy (WIA).
