Never, never use BloomExpress. They are impossible to get hold of: you cannot speak to a person, you have to leave a message. I left multiple messages asking them to confirm they had sent my aunt's flowers, and they never contacted me back. They did not send the flowers to her, so I missed her birthday.
When I finally got hold of them on their online chat (only available in the morning, apparently), they said they never sent the flowers because they didn't have her phone number. When I left the order the operator specifically told me they didn't need her phone number.
They never sent the flowers, and they were extremely rude when I asked them what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Two separate operators kept interrupting me and hung up on me.
This company does not care one iota about customer experience.
