I wanted to send some flower to my aunt in Florida and i always use 1-800 flowers but when i went to the web site i found this web for this company bloom flowers they offer a 50% discount and they never mention of a charge they will place to my account later of $9.95. This is an extra fee they never mention. So there was not really a discount. The point is they should tell the customer about all fees; is not a lot, but is not honest.
