Target Publishers Never Started My Campaign And Owes Me $1580.00

I ordered mortgage leads from Target Publishers in August and services were never rendered upon our agreement.

Furthermore when the company was located in Nevada, I had Nevada Consumer Affairs division contact them and they agreed to the settlement; however they skipped town and never paid me which was February of this year.

The company is now located in Oregon according to state business records and their mailing address is always a UPS Mail Box location and so is their Resident Agency.

I recommend that if you have been a victim go to the following site and file complaints...
