Target Publishers IS A FRAUD! They are out of business! Check BetterBusinessBureau.com and look up their so called business! It has been out of business since July. I have already contacted my attorneys in the state of Oregon, and they have already filed this fraudulent company with the Attorney General. THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN VERY SOON!
They try their hardest to seem as legit as any other business. They are not. They promise products they cannot deliver. So called "jacob larson" will say YES to everything you ask for, BUT once the wire is sent, he disappears! Will not answer phone calls, will not answer e-mails. He sits in the corner of his little apartment that he refers to as "Target Publishers" and HIDES! And then a joker named chad harvey calls from the "lead department" of "Target FRAUD Publishers" Trying to reassure you that there was a mistake and that all the reports on this site is from COMPETITORS! And these reports are fake! For all I know there is nobody named chad harvey or jake larson or james michaels.
Do not do business with these people.in given time they will be shut down.
