Purchased hot transfers from this company and the product was not as promised. We were looking for debt settlement transfers and got transfers for just about every other product under the sun, but none for debt settlement. We were also told 100% of the calls would come from the US based center in OR, but most of the call originated from overseas (India).
When we called to cancel the campaign a gentleman named James Michaels became irate and literally started swearing at us. We asked for a refund and he said, "good luck you @%! $! %!"
This is an extermely unprofessional organization and I would stay away. They stole my money, delivered no product and literally laughed about it.
