My tale of woe is like the many others posted here. I made a one-time purchase with Classiccloseouts.com a year ago.
Forward to today (July 9). I have a charge of $49.99 on my credit card from Classiccloseouts.com. I haven't purchased anything, or received any goods or services from them since that one-off experience. I called my credit card company immediately to dispute the charges.
If you've EVER purchased anything from them (or even registered for any account with them), please check your details to make sure they haven't made any fraudulent charges on your credit card.
If you notice such a charge on your card, call your credit card company immediately to dispute the charge and ask for a new credit card, too.
For those of you who haven't purchased anything from this company, please tell your friends and family not to do so. Their goods are cheap, but it's not worth dealing with such a shady company. Take your business elsewhere to reputable sellers.
