We purchased a 42 in flat screen tv with console and they turned out to be floor samples and dinged up. The screws to the table and chairs are falling out. The washer is not the one I picked out and the dryer has yet to arrive. I am very disappointed and upset about this. We have been in contact with the store manager and he has assured us it will be taken care of. This was a week ago. We are still waiting and the dryer is to come along with a new console on Thursday. They are to come out today and check on the table and chairs. We will see. They have not followed thru with anything, especially communication. It is so hard to call and say you are going to be late. Delivery was to be between 3 and 7pm last Wednesday and they did not call or show up until after 9:30pm. We called and the only response we got was it is on the truck.
