Refuses to refund on a purchase I never received=will not answer phones or emails from me or Better Business Bur Marietta Georgia

I ordered from this company in DEC when product was not received I emailed as I could not get through on the phone. They emailed and and said it would be mailed out. I never received the product and tried to call agin, but the company never answers their phone. Emails said that because of the regular mail shipping I choose, they would not refund my purchase. I contacted the Better Business Burerea in that area and they tried repeatedly for follow through on this, but Limage Plus never would respond.
This company is a rip off.
