There prideful guarantee is worthless. It's a ripoff

I purchased there diabexol product, for diabetes. The web site said that it is guaranteed to lower your blood sugar by 50 points in 30 days or your money back. No risk to you to try their product.

I used it as prescribed for 30 days. My blood sugar was
still high in the morning. I called them and they said to try it a little longer. So I did.
I emailed them that my blood sugar was still high in the morning. They said to try it for a couple more weeks. So I did.

I tried there product for 50 days and my blood sugar stayed the same as before I used there product. It was only high when I woke up in the morning.
I emailed them about the product not working, they said to mail it back to them. They gave me the address to send it back too.

I purchase the product in September mailed it back in November. Was promised a refund several times, by the president of the company. He was in charge of refunds at that time. He gave excuses as to the delay of the refund: I was out of town, they were changing merchants and had to wait for the money to be transfered to the new account, something about pay pal problems. He also said that it was sent already he would check to see where they sent it. I never heard from him again. I received nothing.

I have many emails from them verifying that I was due a refund. I just didn't receive one.
They will not answer my emails since February. I have tried to call them. They will not return my calls. I filed a complaint with the Kentucky BBB. They would not answer there inquiry about the problem.

I went to the website recently, they have changed the guarantee since I purchased the product. You now must give the product a really good try, (which I did). They will not refund money on any opened bottles, (I bought 3 bottles and used almost 2) I sent back 1 used bottle and unopened bottle. They also charge you 15% restocking fee. The guarantee that was in place when I purchased the product was NO Risk To You. Try it for 30 days and for any reason if you don't like it we will refund your money.
This company is a rip off. It ripped me off for $99.00
