Last month I noticed a 19.99 charge on my phone bill. I have never heard of this company before. I called the esbi phone number and told them I wanted my money back and not to be charged any more. I was told they would not give back my money.
I contacted Quest and they credited my account for the 19.99. So I checked out my bill this month and I have the credit from Quest, but also another charge from esbi.
I emailed esbi again to get my name off their lists and told them I will not be paying Quest the 19.99 either. That if this continued I was going to contact a lawyer. So far have not heard back from them. Now I am going to contact Quest again.
