ESBI almost scammed me, luckily I noticed the extra charge they were cramming in to my phone bill. They charged my bill an extra 19.99, and when I looked at the website, well, that was a joke! No information whatsoever! SO I called and they gave me a hard time, telling me someone had signed up for the service, which I think I am aware of what the hell I sign up for. Luckily I was able to contact AT&T and they were willing to remove the charge. Bottom line check your phone bills, you see ESBI, beware!
