I was charged $271.95 twice on 6/30/08 for an unauthorized two year renewal of my contract. When I called the explanation was "at the end of the month our computers go crazy and double charge".
I was told the charges will come off in a couple of days and I was offered a two year contract for $249.00. After reading of the poor customer service on this site I called and cancelled my service altogether. I wonder how often this has occured to others and if the company gets to use alot of peoples money this way for free.
