Verizon
Billed and sent to collections for phone service never activated

I attempted to switch my phone service to Verizon, but the number they gave me has never been activated. I have sent them e-mails and called several times about this. If a person ever answers, they transfer me to another department. Now bills are coming from Verizon and their "collection dept." for $136.78.
