National Dealers Warranty is a scam. We almost fell for this. After purchasing a new Silverado we were notified in the mail that our warranty was going to expire in 48 hours if we didn't act right now. That should have been a big warning sign right there but I went ahead and contacted National Warranty Dealers. I was told that we could have a 5 year 100,000 mile coverage for only $76 a month and that we had 30 days to decide or cancel. We were told that they would send us the contract in the mail after putting down $150.00 deposit on my credit card and we had a 30 day grace period to decide. After reviewing the contract we noticed there were a lot of exclusions and it did not look like a good deal and coverage exceptions were huge. I contacted them and said we would like to cancel. I was given the run around and called three times and they just argued with me saying you really need this, why do you want to cancel. They would not let me cancel, were rude and put me on hold for a long time. Finally my husband got on the line and told them we wanted to cancel. They said we need to know why and you have to put it in writing, and send to them. They would not let us cancel so I had to cancel my credit card and hope that I will get the money back. I want to warn others about this company. Do NOT fall for this, this is not a reputable warranty company.
