A company can say whatever it wants, but that doesn't make it true! The multiple complaints filed on this site about CSI confirm a customer-offensive pattern of business. This is only a fraction of us who've been scammed by this fraudulent company since most people don't take the time to file a complaint.
Beware of a cold-call from Bonnie. She will be the nicest lady you've ever spoken with. But if you fall for it, you can be sure her venom has already begun it work! This is the classic Bait and Switch... Which is fraud... Which is illegal! She will start making all kinds of promises that seem quite reasonable. That is, until you see the results of your payment: GARBAGE!
I experienced two major defects on the CSI website. My complaints to my "career coach" resulted in arrogant, condescending, mean accusations telling me I don't know how to use a website. As a web design professional for over 10 years, this was most offensive to me.
They have yet to deliver on the two key aspects of their "service": The targeted company list and mailing the contracted document package to the company list. But they did keep my money!
Avoid this company at all cost —literally! You have been warned.
