This man has made a career out of ripping people off. He has been arrested multiple times for fraud with the last time resulting in him pleading guilty to Felony Fraud and receiving 18 months probation. While awaiting his case to go to trial, he started yet another "website design" company called AquaBella Designs LLC (Not to be confused with the original Aqua Bella Designs landscape company that he stole the name from).
He now has an accomplice named Lori Fleming, which I am guessing is his wife. She is listed as one of the company officers. On CorporationWiki dot com.
If you are contacted by this couple to do website design or SEO, RUN! He will ask you to write him a check for a deposit then run to your bank, cash it the same day, and you will never get your website or see your money again.
