Service after the sales sucks

We purchased a mitsubishi tv from conns. And had numerous problems with it the lamp has been replace three times. The light engine was replace two times. Had to call for service. When i called mr humfree he said that it would be fix this time. So conns came and pick it up. Did not leave a loaner like mr humfree said. My tv was in repairs for three weeks. On the day it came back we turned it on. It work find but after one day. It went out so now we have to reset it one or two times a day now i called mitsubishi. The man on the phone told me to tell conns to send them the service report on the tv. So mitsudishi can authorize to replace the tv. But conns will not take the time to do it. Conns servicemanger mr humfree will not take my calls or return any of my calls so now we are waiting to here if it will ever happen. So i printed some flyer out. That said do not buy from conns service after the sales sucks. Me and my boys will pass out the flyers at all the conns stores. Till this happens i will keep printing the flyers and passing them out. Conns is the right name for this company. I tell all of my friends not to buy from conns. I know that there are alot of people that have had problems with conns. So beware of conns.
