I bought 2-42"Plasma TVs and 1-50" Plasma TV in Nov from Conns here in Dallas, Tx. The 50" Plasma has not worked more than 3 days. Conns has sent out a repair man several times and cannot repair the TV. This has been giong on for 8 plus months. Conn's continues to give me the run around. They are always loosing the paperwork the repairman sends them. Conns denies that they are responsible for calling the manufactuer when I have been on the speaker phone directly with them and the service man and they have told him to send them the paper work so they could ask LG for a replacement. I get multiple answers from CONNS. Never the same one.
