OK had been a pain in the butt from the first day I'd even spoken with some from the company! The driver called me last minute and asked if he could pick up my vehicle for transport in 45 min! I declined, but then he PROMISED they'd pick it up the next day. I waited ALL day at home and didn't receive a call, and I ended up having to call OK over and over again until about 3pm! Finally, my broker and I contacted OK on a conference called and we made arrangements for me to drop my car off at their location. The guy from OK who claimed to be the owner, apologized for the inconvenience and promised that things would go smooth when I dropped the car off the next day. Everything went wrong again! I had my 18 mo. Old son with me AND we were scheduled to take a flight the same morning! Let's just say we are thinking about filing a suit against the company... I was trying my BEST to be a good, cooperative customer BUT I cannot put up with being treated like crap, especially when I am paying for goods and services! Worst of all, when I dropped my off, the location looked like a junkyard! AND, the guy asked me if he could take me to the airport, driving MY CAR to drop me off and then "promising" to drop it off back at the lot that looked like a junkyard! It's been almost 2 weeks and I still HAVE NOT received my car! Everytime I contact OK the guy who claims to be the owner, he is very rude and cannot give me any information on the whereabouts of my vehicle! I keep getting excuse after excuse! Good riddens to OK because I have a strong feeling those guys will no longer be in business!
