We are a military family moving across country to California. Bestway arranged that they would pick up our car and we could give them a delivery address while it was in transport. After I gave the address to one associate, we received a call days later by the driver stating he was ready to deliver. The problem was that he delivered to San Diego, the WRONG city.

A friend who lives in San Diego agreed to take our car in the time being. However, Bestway then claimed that I still owed them a payment. I had a receipt showing the payment had been paid in full. While we continued to straighten out that mess, the driver of our car dropped our car off an hour from where my friend lives. This was one week ago and they have yet to give me an exact location of my car and refuse to deliver it to the correct city, 29 Palms.

In addition to this, their associate, Beth, was extremely rude, lied, made threats, and hung up on me. The owner, Shelly, promised my husband, a United States Marine, that he would fix the problem and call back within a few hours. We have not heard from Shelly. That was last week.
