I have waited three months to get a final CO on my home electric and Victor always has excuses for himself not to complete the job. This is preventing me from getting my final home inspection and my final CO. I highly recommend that nobody uses Pickney electric for residential work. He installed two carbon dectors and they still don't work correctly. He has not even come back to replace with two new detectors. He is unreliable and workmanship leaves you questioning his craft. Victor the owner is very hard to reach and he never returns his messages.
