My fiance paid my cricket bill on 6/7/08 and when I saw the receipt it was almost $7 more than what it has been. I called cricket today, 6/9/08 and talked with someone and asked her to explain why my bill has changed and she said it is because "I" added two new features a few months ago. I told her I didn't add anything to my service and asked her what has been added and she stated that they are: picture messaging and international text messaging.
I have had cricket service for 5 years and I've had a camera phone for over 2 years with unlimited text messaging, caller I.D., 1,000 minutes of long distance a month, 3-way calling, and voicemail. I do not know anyone that lives overseas and wouldn't have any reason to add "international text messaging" to my service and can't understand why they would think that I would call and add picture messaging when I've had it for at least 2 years. This makes no since to me that these companies can do what they want and when they want with peoples money.
