I recived my american credit solutions packet last monday
(18 november) along with my packet was a single
Piece of paper welcoming me as a new credit card holder
On the paper there is a section that says direct
Quote: "if after reciving your benefits package, it does
Not clearly state everything talked about on the initial
Call, you are entitled to a complete refund within 30
Days." "if it is determined that the product was
Misrepresented you will be issued a return authourization
Number (ran) you must return the benefits package in
Complete, re-saleable condition for full refund." i was
Beleving this to be a visa or mastercard company i feel
It was misrepresented to me i have called 1-866-411-1092
The number printed on the welcome notice. The automated
Operator give three choices to choose from the last
Choice is to talk to a costomer service repersentive it
Gives a diffrent number (1-800-470-0907) so that you may
Talk to an operator when i called that number i was
Forwarded to a voice mailbox the automated operator says
After the greating of the voice mailbox that it is full
And will accept no more messages i only want to talk to a
Representive so that i may tell thin i mistook them for a
Diffrent card company and to let them know that im not
Interested in the card and i only want my refund of
$200.00
