E-Credit Solutions is back as American Credit Solutions 1-800-470-0907. I blocked my check from ECS E-Credit Solutions after called them up. No dial tone from ECS. I check my bank account on 5/8/02 and see a charge of 199.95 from ACS (American Credit Solutions. Kim was called at ACS at 7:08 AM PST. She would not tell me the name of the company other than "It's ACS." I had my bank fax a refusal to ACH (Automated Clearing House). I just called ACS at 11:45 AM PST. They gave me the address for their "corporate office". Now I am going to the FTC complaint section and the Florida Consumer Protection. My little adventure now connects ACS with ECS and their little illegal transfer of my account. Credit fraud, check fraud, and who knows what else. Good luck to all of you. KenKennewick, Washington
