I have ordered Lenox china on 03.10.2008. The items has not delivered yet. To my surprise, they already charged me $594.93. Upon my inquiry on the status of the order, they said it would be shipped in 4 weeks. But they had failed to do so without any explanation. I tried many times to contact them, they rarely replied to me.
