Had Cardio/Vascular Aortic-bypass surgery at Hermann Memorial Hospital. During hospital stay, my glasses were broken. I got online and selected, specified and ordered glasses online through Mr Bolds.

After I was discharged from the hospital and at home for Medical Leave, I was given instructions by the medical team of specialists to remain calm and relaxed during my walking rehabilitation and recovery from my CV surgery and condition.

While attempting to track the order for my glasses, I received an email from Stanley Bolds at Decormyeyes asking me to contact them by phone concerning some questions they had about my order. They did not explain what questions they had. I called and left a message for them to return my call. I received a call from them later that night at 1200 midnite. After the conversation over the phone that caused me severe anxiety, chest pains and a night's sleep; I submitted an email to Decormyeyes and to Mr. Stanley Bolds exclaiming the following (His response to my email was absolutely slanderous and humiliating. I literally felt threatened by this email - please read his response following my email below):

My email to Stanley Bolds, Decormyeyes: "I was contacted by phone at 1200 Midnight of the 16th of May, offered a frame color "other-than" that which I ordered, and verbally "pressured" to continue with an order that was not as originally requested, and then further "verbally pressured" with a threat of charging me with a 20% cancellation fee, for not accepting an order that was not properly fulfilled in the first place.

Then I was told "Mr. Beacom, I'm not trying to be an Asshole here; but I went through a lot of work for you to try and get this order." In my opinion, this doesn't very well appear to me to be a very professional business attitude, nor would it be to anyone else asking for my opinion of your company or services.in attempting to explain my post-operative cardio-vascular condition upon just being discharged from the Hermann Memorial Cardio Vascular Center in Houston, TX, and being my first night at home with my fiance', the phone conversation of last night placed undue stress upon me, in contrast to my physician's instructions to remain as calm as possible for the next few days during my recovery.

I do not wish to continue services with your company at this time, nor do I feel I should have to pay resitution for refusing service other than that which I requested or ordered. My Credit Card company has been notified of this as well.

"I dont need to hear your IRAQ sob stories I trully dont care. Next time stay home and you wont have this issue. I didnt goto IRAQ so I am good as golden honey.

You asked me to 2 day air a package that was a 10 day prescription order ground shipping = 13 days turn around time. This is not possible

You then asked to cancell which I did with a 10% restocking fee to be nice.

I hope you go back to iraq. But this time never come back due to all the problems you have caused my business." -VERBATIM, as written by email from Decormyeyes, Stanley Bolds.
