Stanley Bolds - Decormyeyes.com EMalish Corporation E-mail harassment - FRAUD - Stanley Bolds Brooklyn New York

I went online to look for sunglasses. When I came upon Decor my eyes, I placed the pair I wanted into the cart, but then continued to look on other sites for a better price - (which I found). The next day, a man by the name of Stanley from decor my eyes, contacted me by e-mail to say that he had seen that I had a product in the shopping cart, but hadn't purchased. He offered a price match guarantee and to help me find the sunglasses that I wanted for the cheapest price he could help me find. He asked me to contact him.

I responded that I had found them cheaper and gave him the website.

He responded that they did not have them in stock.

I e-mailed back, letting him know that they did, in fact have the glasses and that I had purchased them and had a tracking number. I also let him know that I didn't think it was very professional of him to insist that they didn't have the glasses, or to not follow thru with his offer of a price match. I even told him that had he matched the price, I would have gladly ordered from him, merely because he went the extra step to contact me.

He wrote back to ask me for my tracking number and told me that "they don't" have the glasses. He knew because they were "back ordered across the world".

I responded that I was not going to send him any tracking number, but, not only did they have them in stock, but several other companies I contacted had them in stock as well.

He responded again, that they didn't, that I wouldn't get the glasses - "you shall see".

When I received the glasses, I e-mailed to let him know that they had arrived, that they were completely authentic and that perhaps he should look for a new vendor.

His response was "how much did you pay for them? Did you know they only cost $35 - Hahahahahah"

It seems, he is selling $35 sunglasses to customers and charging them top dollar.

This is fraud. I e-mailed to tell him so and that I would be looking into how to let others know of his harassment and shady company. I must assume, another e-mail will be forthcoming from him - and probably not a nice one.

This guy needs to be shut down!!! I suggest anyone who has been duped by this guy, to contact whatever agencies available before he harasses and takes more $ from innocent people.
