I contacted decormyeyes.com because I saw a pair of Ed Hardy glasses I wished to purchase. I noticed they also advertised ten dollars off the first purchase. Upon calling I spoke to Stanley Bolds. He assured me that the glasses I wished to purchase were in stock and that they did offer ten dollars off the first pair. I told him they were a gift and I needed delivery as soon as possible. He told me if I purchased overnight delivery which was an extra twentyfive dollars the glasses would be shipped the very next day and that I would recieve them the day after that.
Expecting to see the shipping confirmation the next day I opened my email after work. Nothing! I emailed Mr. Bolds asking if he could help. He sent an email back stating that the glasses I purchased were 100% authentic and that it would take 72hours to ship. I emailed back stating that was why I specifically asked about shipment time in the first place. He sent another email stating the glasses were 100% authentic and said the glasses would definately be mailed the next day. The following day I checked again.
Nothing! After a final email to ask Mr. Bolds for help in this matter, he emailed me saying "so you didn't get your delivery, what should I do kill myself?" I then contacted him by phone to see if I could resolve the issue. I said that the comment he made about killing himself was a little drastic and I hope he didn't mean that. He said no, he meant I should go kill myself and hung up.
Well, I still have not recieved my glasses. My bank says there is nothing I can do because it is a debit card so I guess the guy burned me.
