Stanley Bolds rude and unprofessional

I spoke with Mr. Bolds BEFORE I placed my order and was told that the item would be shipped out within 72 hours. I was very clear with Mr. Bolds as every site on the company had a two week wait for the item I wanted. Mr. Bolds assured me that since he has "32 different locations across the world" that it would not be a problem. Low and behold, 72 hours later, I get the "The one last item we were going to send you is damaged and the glasses are backordered!" If that's not the worst of it, after responding to his email stating that I wanted to cancel my order, his reply was "bla bla bla."
Literally, "bla bla bla." When I sent another email explaining that I never want to do business with a company like this again, he said "no matter where you you will be buying from me, I have 20 websites!"

I have yet to find out if I will actually get my refund. Based on all of the complaints on the internet, I would not be suprised if I don't. It's like they say, "If it walks like a duck and sounds like a duck, it's probably..."

At this point, I would rather go to Neiman Marcus and pay full price. Dealing with Decormyeyes.com and Stanley Bolds has been nothing more than dealing with a low grade "salesman" who considers a sale as "getting the last word, " as apposed to actually making some money.
