I sent a letter of validation with no response. They have a debt for Citibank on my credit report. Well another agency now has it and is trying to collect on it. Which is a whole different story. According to FCRA they cannot have the same debt listed twice on my credit report. I'm trying to get it removed and it has been a pain to do so. These guys are fraudluent and I may end up suing them. The Credit bureau investigated it and didnt remove it. So I am going to have to send letters and such. Anyone who might have dealt with them and can give any helpful advice I would appreciate it.
