My company used a Primus LD calling card starting in 1993 or 1995 to place LD calls when on the road traveling. The calls were billed to a credit card.
The card was cut and service canceled is approx. 1999 or 2000.
Did not hear from Primus until started getting bills for LD service for two of our company telephone numbers in December when we switched from Madison River Communications (now Century Tel) to Time Warner for all our phone and internet service.
We have contacted Primus 4 times (India customer service) to tell them and each time they say account was canceled and credit issued. But the statements continue to arrive!
Time Warner does not know who Primus is and says we should contact Primus.
