Primus Got me too dirty SOB's Don't nationwide

Primus got me a long time ago. It was around the 9-11 plane crashes. I noticed some money missing from my checking account, so I went to the bank to see what it was. It was a company called Primus charging my account $80. I had no idea what it was, but there was a number to call, so I called it.

The first time I called, the woman said she couldn;t help me because of 9-11. She barely spoke english, but said that the computers were down in the Boston area. I told her I was not in Boston, and she said she was sorry but she couldn't help me.

Of course, I called back later after arguing with her for a while. I tried to cancel whatever it was they had me signed up for, but no one could figure out why I was charged. I ended up calling the bank and disputing the charges, and my account was credited.

I thought it was all over, but the next month, the same thing happened. It was a different company name, but the same phone number. I tried to get help again, but didn't really get anywhere. I left my name, phone number, address, etc. With them so they could try to track down why I was getting charged.

This time I cancelled the debit card and got a new one. Of course, this fixed the problem since they did not have my new card info.

About 2 months later, a woman named Avena Collins called me and asked about my account. I told her I did not have an account, but she disagreed. She said I was being charged $80 a month for DIAL UP INTERNET SERVICE. I had no idea what she was talking about, and I explained everything to her about the charges, and she said she would cancel the account, which I believe she did do. I thought it was over again.

A month or two after that, I got a bill in the mail for about $180 from Primus. I called and asked what it was for, and they told me it was for my interenet service. I tried to tell them I never had it, but never got anywhere.

I ended up sending an e-mail to them, and I finally talked to someone with a brain. After threatening to sue, he finally told me I didn't have to pay the $180. I was still out the first $160, and I never went after that, but now I wish I did.
