The response to my complaint about their plumbing service was not satisfactory

We have a contract for warranty service. I sent in a service request for a sopped sink. The plumber came and said it was not covered because we put shells in the disposer. I called to see if we could protest the decision or find out what the criterion are for service and was told that there was nothing I could do. Whatever the plumber said was it. The house call cost $55.00, which they took.
