Our mom's relative's 92nd birthday. On May 9 I requested agreement be delivered to her on her behalf Birthday - May 11. Yes, I understand that is also Mom's Day - making large-volume of purchases... Although not til May 10 did an 800-Flowers.com repetition telephone to express that agreement was sold-out.
