I live in the UK and ordered a jacket on 08/04/08. I first emailed them on 24/04/08 then 5 times since - I have had not one reply - so Tuesday evening I decided to ring them. I got some iritating automated service telling me they are all busy dealing with customers. After 3 evenings of trying (I had to ring in the evening due to the time difference) and getting the feeling there was someone not quite right about this I decided tonight to go on line and was horrified and very angry to find many reports on various websites telling people not to buy from this company. I realised at this point I have been scammed big time.
Hopefully, as I paid for the jacket with my credit card, I should be covered (fingers crossed). I am just so sick and tired of dishonest people and companies. They are scum!!!
