Ordered a jacket for bike week after web site stated it was in stock and would be delivered in a week or less. After not receiving the jacket I was actually able to speak to a human after holding for an extended time and canceled the order. A week later the jacket shows up anyway and I am forced to pay the shipping cost to return it and now I'm being told to wait one billing cycle before I can expect my credit card to be credited.
These people will not respond to emails or voice mails and free up an afternoon if you want to hold for someone that is of no help anyway. Steer clear of this web disaster.
