On the 9 march I ordered a coast jacket from the above website. The website said free delivery. The jacket was supposed to be £75.15. After checking my credit sard statement I realised they had took a delivery charge. When the jacket hadnt arrived after 2 weeks I started sending emails to the company and was assured that the jacket was on its way. On the 3 April I received a revolting florons jacket. I have contacted the company asking for a refund but I am still waiting for a reply.
