Merchandise received was not as described, (not even close) and it was returned. Bidz.com failed to refund $ 31.14 of the full amount. After repeated attempts to contact this company - no resolution has been made. Their customer service
They Ripped me off for $30 for merchandise that was not worth what they claimed it to be, not worth what I paid (Ajeweler appraised the item), and then they rip me off for $30!!
