I purchased Sk Hand tools because they have a lifetime guarantee. One of my sockets is broken but unlike Craftsmen, SnapOn, Mac or Matco where I could get a replacement by in the case of craftsmen by going to Sears and simply getting a replacement or in the case of SnapOn, Mac, or Macto they would stop by my place of business and replace the tool for me, SK Hand Tool Corp wants me to ship it to their Corporate office via UPS which would require me to pay for UPS pickup plus shipping which would be a greater cost than the cost of replacing the tool at one of the aforementioned tool companies.
