I ordered a tool from Buckeye Tool Supply through Newegg.com. It was advertised as coming with a case that was pictured on their website. The actual case that was sent was absolutely nothing like the one pictured on their site & was totally incapable of properly securing the tool or it's accessories. I contacted Buckeye Tool Supply & was told that they had been supplied with the wrong case. They said that they had located the correct case & would send me one. After not receiving one after 2 weeks I contacted them again. This time they said that the original case was the correct one & implied that I was incapable of figuring out how to use it. They are clearly bold faced liars who have no respect for either their own word or their customer's rights.
