We hired Lindelle Studios to do our wedding pictures six months before the wedding. We were referred by David's Bridal in Marlton NJ.in the middle of our contract, they changed their name to MJS without notification. We found out by their website. The original sales guy promised excellence. What we got was headache and unprofessional customer service. It took forever for a photographer to call us prior to our event. He finally called the week of the wedding. He had no record of teh shots we requested. He was not creative. He was also rude to us and our guests. He had not completed his job in the five hours we hired him for and stayed an extra two hours and wants us to pay for it. We kept asking him why he was still there. He told us not to worry about it. He pulled us from our reception to retake some pictures he messed up. Now, the company has over $600 of our money and is refusing to allow us to see any proofs online or in hand until we pay the balance. This is UNACCEPTABLE! What if the pictures are bad? We have a right to view the work and choose what we want. We tried to talk to the "director" of operations" who was rude and discourteous. So where do you turn once the "top dog" refuses to accomadate the customers? We turn to the law! We have been married for three months! We want proofs now!
