I had a poor experience with Lindelle studio. I have also had a horrible experience with the company that apparently bought lindelle. They are an awful company to deal with. My pictures were mediocre and less than average at best. TO make matters worse they were all the same poses. I look at other albums of friends weddings, with a different photographer, and I could cry. The other photographers pictures are beautiful and then you have my experience with lindelle, terrible... The customer service is a joke. They were rude and insulting and seemed angry and annoyed that I was complaining about the quality of my pictures. Even an employee of the company said the photographer must have used the wrong flash to explaining the strange coloring/white out, of some of the photos. They say-" We believe in providing our clients with the best photography and video, at the best prices, combined with stellar customer service...
Well. I was not provided the best photography or photographer and I definitely did not receive stellar customer service, quit the opposite. I have yet to receive even an apology for the way I was insulted and treated let alone a full or partial refund. It was my wedding for Gods sake not just some Saturday night with the gals. If you can avoid using this Lindelle, please do, you will thank yourselves for it!
